First thing: I do NOT use AI to write my books, stories, or creative works. My novels, characters, plots, and written content are authored BY ME and reflect my own creative process and storytelling.
All artwork, stock images, illustrations, vectors, textures, and visual assets used throughout this website and within my published works are properly licensed, commissioned, purchased, or otherwise legally obtained BY ME. I retain the rights necessary to use these materials in the creation and promotion of my books, products, and brand.
And although I will ALWAYS support artists, in some cases, artificial intelligence tools “may” be used to assist with the enhancement, arrangement, photo editing, compositing, creation, or refinement of visual elements. AI serves as a DESIGN AID only and does not replace the underlying licensed artwork, photography, or commissioned assets that form the foundation of the final image.
My commitment remains the same: creating original stories while respecting artists, licensing agreements, and intellectual property rights.
